User Agreement
This User Agreement governs access to and use of the Ququ mobile application and related in-app features.
1. Agreement Scope
By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to this User Agreement. This document is a User Agreement and is not a Terms of Service or Service Terms agreement.
The app is intended for personal, lawful use. You must comply with all applicable laws in your location.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally permitted to use this app in your jurisdiction.
- If you are below the legal age of digital consent in your region, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve your use.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account-related information, if account functions are provided.
3. License and Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes.
4. User Conduct
- No harassment, hate, violence, fraud, illegal promotion, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
- No unauthorized automated access, scraping, bot abuse, or attempts to disrupt app stability.
- No upload or use of malware, malicious scripts, or harmful payloads.
5. Purchases and Virtual Items
Where available, in-app purchases and virtual goods are licensed, not sold. Prices and item availability may change according to platform rules and regional requirements.
Unless required by law, virtual items are non-refundable and have no cash value.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, including software code, design, interfaces, logos, and content provided by us, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free availability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; where prohibited, those limits do not apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Where limitations are restricted by local law, liability is limited only to the extent legally permitted.
9. Regional Legal Compliance
This agreement is designed to align with key consumer and privacy expectations in multiple regions, including California (United States), Canada, Singapore, and Australia.
- California, United States: Consumer privacy and transparency rights are respected, including access and deletion request pathways where applicable.
- Canada: Data handling principles are designed to reflect fair information and consent requirements.
- Singapore: Personal data processing practices are implemented with notice, purpose, and protection principles.
- Australia: Privacy and consumer protections are considered in data usage, disclosures, and user rights workflows.
If local mandatory law grants you stronger rights, those rights prevail over conflicting clauses in this agreement.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when there is a material breach of this agreement, risk to users, legal non-compliance, or platform abuse.
11. Updates to This User Agreement
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon posting, unless a different date is stated.
Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised agreement.
